When you see a number next to PHONE CALLS, click it to see who you need to call.
You will now see a list of people who need to be called. Double click the name to view their screen.
If you get ahold of them, click COMPLETE PHONE CALL to close it out and remove it from the quick links from the first picture. This also gives you the opportunity to enter contact information.
Type in what you talked about for future reference. Then click COMPLETE PHONE CALL to save.
The contact history will now show up on that customer's follow up history.
