How
to Set Goals
As a rule of thumb, if you talk
to 10 people and get 7.5 to test drive (75%) and get 5 into a write up
situation (50%) you will sell 2 cars (20%). So--why is this
important? Because you can set goals and use CSA 2008 to track
how close you are to reaching those goals.

In your SETTINGS, you can set your default goals for each month.

You can also edit your goals (Click PROGRESS and SET GOALS) from the
main screen of CSA 2008. Edit the goals like you would in a
spreadsheet (use the arrows to move and press enter to edit--or use
your mouse). Click SAVE AND CLOSE when done.
